About Born Beautiful Hair Loss Foundation Inc.
Born Beautiful Hair Loss Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Evelyn Metellus, a master hairstylist with over 28 years of experience. Our mission is to restore confidence and dignity to individuals experiencing hair loss by creating beautiful, medical-grade wigs—with a special focus on children battling medical conditions that cause hair loss.

Evelyn’s passion for this work comes from personal experience—as a child, she suffered hair loss due to a house fire. She later pursued a career in nursing, caring for cancer patients and ensuring their hair remained beautiful despite their medical struggles. It was one of these patients who recognized Evelyn’s talent and encouraged her to pursue cosmetology, even offering to pay for her schooling. This act of generosity shaped Evelyn’s career and inspired her mission to give back to those in need.

Through Born Beautiful Hair Loss Foundation, we blend beauty and health, offering expert solutions that transform lives. Our goal is to provide free or low-cost custom wigs to those affected by hair loss, ensuring they feel as beautiful and confident as ever.
